Andy's career as a Piano Tuner gets kick start!

Having finished the one-year intensive course in Piano Technology top of his class, Andy has returned to The Piano Technology School on a part time basis to assist Steve in the work shop with the new intake of students. This offers Andy further Professional Development and is also a great link for the new students. This is an approach used in Australia and we are already seeing how this role is bringing Andy on in so many ways. The rest of the week Andy is working locally to him for a piano retailer, tuning and repairing and carries out tunings for Islington Pianos.

Last week after an assessment at KAWAI head office in Milton Keynes we are delighted to say that Andy has been offered freelance work tuning and voicing the brand new Kawai Painos. We wish Andy all the very best with his career development and we look forward to a continued working relationship with him and the team at KAWAI UK.
